Technical Support Engineer
As a key member of the technical support team, you will work with IPaXiom’s customers and liaise with other departments including Engineering and Product Management to log, track and deliver solutions to customer issues.
You must have a solid background and experience in networking coinciding with sound knowledge of both wired and wireless networking hardware, including wireless routers. Experience in deploying (wireless) networks is essential.
You must possess a high level of technical expertise and be able to understand quickly the details of IPaXiom’s Mesh technology and product offerings. This is mainly a customer-facing role where you will be the point of contact for customer accounts in troubleshooting and post-sales support.
